Audrey's is the partner restaurant of the Santiago de Alfama, 5 star Boutique Hotel. In the heart of historic Lisbon, the Santiago is two-times winner of Best Urban Hotel in Europe by the Condé Nast Johansens, in the Excellence Awards, and one of Lisbon's most sought after hotel's.
Audrey's has a passionate team, we love food and grow a lot of our own fruit and vegetables in our own organic garden in the Alentejo. We have been open for 6 years and we have loved every minute.
To be the Pastry Chef of Audrey's and the Santiago de Alfama - Boutique Hotel.
Responsible for all pastries, desserts, bread, brioche, ice creams, cakes, pies, scones, cupcakes and any other pastries...
• Recognised qualification OR minimum 3 years experience;
• Speak acceptable english at conversational level.
WHAT DO WE NEED
• Curriculum Vitae;
• Answer the following questions (maximum 300 hundred words in english or portuguese):
What is your favorite thing to bake or prepare?
What/who are your inspirations: what pastry chef, restaurant or hospitality project has most inspired you to excellence?

All applications will be maintained confidencial if you request.
Short list of top 12 candidates selected for pre-competition interview by 10th of march (interviews in Lisbon at Audrey's or by Zoom if necessary). Selection and communication will also be confidential.
Selection of 6 candidates by 15th of march.
Bake off: All day sunday, 20th of March at Audrey's.
